Thee Profoundly Brilliant
Truly Offbeat
Virtuous Virtuoso
Rebellious Birth
of our U.S. Ideals :
Exceptional. Remarkable. Genius.
Unheard of. Extraordinary. Unusual.
Identified as The American Revolution.
In reality,
it was the very birth
of granting principles
of freedom
to the entire human race.
It was not only
the American Revolution,
it was Thee Humane Revolution.

The ideals of the American Revolution
which were centered on liberty, equality,
natural rights, popular sovereignty,
& the consent of the governed
were a radical set of principles
that completely redefined the relationship
between a people & their government.

It was the very beginning of a brand new political world order.
The American Revolution was revolutionary
because it fundamentally shifted power
from a hereditary monarchy
to a republic governed by the people.
It transformed :
subjects
into
citizens.
It granted humans the capacity to self-govern.
The American Revolutionaries gave us
more than an independent nation state.
They defined personal independence
& proclaimed it was the role of government
to protect our independence.
It provided us & the U.S. with a national identity.

The American Revolutionaries pronounced
that the purpose of government was to
advance the interests of the ordinary people.
And. For the people not to be legally bound
& forced to obey to the will of these kings,
emperors, czars, or rulers who merely existed
to advance their own all-powerful self interests.

Governments were to be governed
by the will of the people instead
& were to be ruled by laws
that were endorsed by
the people themselves.
Ruled by us & all of U.S.

It shattered the norm
of imperialism.
Questioned Dominance.
Confronted the concept
of master
of inferiority superiority
of servitude.

The greatest consequence
of the American Revolution
was that is inspired
oppressed people worldwide.
It challenged the traditional world order
giving dignity to the ordinary folks,
& set in motion movements
to end indentured servitude,
slavery,
& advocated women’s rights.
It proved impossible to justify
limiting the right to vote
only to wealthy landowners.
State governments began
reducing property requirements,
leading to more
common citizens
entering public life.
The American Revolution
cleared the way for
separation
of church & state,
ending tax-supported churches in many regions.

The repercussions of the American Revolution
were/are/still are
groundbreaking & unprecedented.
Its momentum
from its creation
onward
has completely altered,
inverted
& reversed
thinking shifts
concerning who rules
& how
& who
& how nations
go about governing.
Revolutionary
for all thee peoples
everywheres.
The U.S.A. was the first
great successful republic
of modern times
& has been
for nearly 250 years.
The last 250 years of our history
are incomprehensible
without regarding
our very beginning
revolutionary ideals.

It Inspired Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address :
“Four score and seven years ago
our fathers brought forth,
upon this continent, a new nation,
conceived in liberty & dedicated
to the proposition that
all men are created equal."
Now we are engaged in a great civil war,
testing whether that nation,
or any nation so conceived
& so dedicated, can long endure.”
It Inspired Dr. MLK. King’s speech :
“I have a dream that one day
this nation will rise up
& live out the true meaning
of its creed -
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that
all men are created equal.”
The American Revolution
& the American Revolutionaries

live
right now
influence us
right now
inspire us
right now
today are
next to us
side by side
with us
with you
& me
& we
& we all
& you all
presently
even after 250 years
since their inception.
They are with us.
They are a part of us.
They speak to us.
They are U.S.
We are them.
Still. Today.
Now.
Us. U.S.

We the people.
My country tis of thee.
We hold these truths.
The land of the free
& the home of the brave.
Thy good with brotherhood
from sea to shining sea.
Oh say can you see.
Footnote : Declaration of Independence: Jefferson is most famously known for drafting the Declaration of Independence, which outlines the natural rights of citizens and the right to institute new government. Thomas Jefferson did not write the U.S. Constitution. He was serving as the U.S. Minister to France during the 1787 Constitutional Convention. Instead, James Madison is widely credited as the "Father of the Constitution" for his pivotal drafting and floor leadership
The U.S. Constitution was not written by a single person, but by a committee of 55 delegates known as the Founding Fathers during the Constitutional Convention of 1787 in Philadelphia.
James Madison ("The Father of the Constitution"): Virginia delegate James Madison is widely considered the primary author. He arrived at the convention with a prepared blueprint for the new government and kept extensive daily notes of the debates.
Gouverneur Morris: The delegate from Pennsylvania wrote the final draft and is credited with penning the eloquent preamble and the overall structure of the text.
Gouverneur was his actual first name.
Alexander Hamilton: The delegate from New York was a major driver in organizing the convention, contributing to the framework, and later advocating fiercely for its approval.
The Bill of Rights: Jefferson was initially concerned that the original document lacked explicit protections for civil liberties. He continuously urged his friend James Madison to add a list of enumerated rights, which directly led to the first 10 amendments
